This K5 III orange giant spent six billion years on the main sequence, fusing hydrogen in obscurity, before expanding into a star 439 times brighter than the Sun. The Bull's eye opens Decan 2 with a teaching older than the Earth itself: foundation precedes greatness, and endurance is the price of expansion.
