There Are No Days Off
A Monday, the signifier of planetary time. A year whose most fun and riskiest adventure was AI, writing as the meta piece I get to keep, and stillness as relative: there are no days off.

A MONDAY. HELLO. You are the signifier of planetary time and ultimately my own undoing. Until that moment we have chance to take various lenses of perspective on file life! life's lenses... sometimes quite smudged and the notion of a lens that the information still has deeper roots at source and that we have a central source and being.
Through all of the adventures of this year the most fun and challenging and one that brought me risks was AI. For good or for bad. And through that the meta piece I get to keep is my writing and reflection on the experience. Back where I've always been. It is nice to have ground. Even in my writing I can pursue different avenues but the freewriting and the cruising just above my consciousness is the practice creates the touchstone and home base for soul to return to.
Exercise, diet and mental meditation are the supports needed to get through challenge and adversity. The days off are when you prepare for the next challenge with yourself or a task or the universe. There are no days off. The universe is constant. Movement is constant. Stillness is relative and a function of non-mind.
