Journaling has been missing from my day to day. It helps cement time more than any other tracking method. A deep sample of freewriting consciousness temperature readings. A good overall assessment of the vehicle and vessel from which Self, soul and Universe operate. To do so with grace and simplicity. With kindness and love.
Build tools for creating more space to experience freedom and what that really means.
Transmissions and Coherence. Awareness and Maker/Builder/Creator. Build tools to help people. Build tools to help me so I can help other people. And always with deep breath and things like moon, sun, and ocean. The song of birds are the lifeblood and lifelines to universe. I love the solidity and age and slowness of rocks. The bigger the better. Mountains especially. They change your reference point. They change time because time is maya. It is made up human stuff layered upon universe which has much greater reference point, possibly many. Physical strength will be more important than ever in this mission. The new decanal year is upon us what shall it be called and why?
