ANATTA: a film in which nothing is held across a bar line

ANATTA is Song 20 in Out of Your Mind, and its claim is that there is no permanent self. So the claim is enforced as a law over the score: no note reaches its bar line, every one of the 96 measures ends in a breath gap, no measure begins on the pitch the last one began on, and there is no pad, drone or pedal anywhere in the film. The only thing that crosses a bar line is reverb. The picture obeys the same law, and so does the sound effects stem. CC BY 4.0.
